Lancôme – Eiffel Tower

Kings Cross St. Pancras Station, London

AH Studios undertook one of our most technically challenging and visually spectacular installations with the creation of an 11-meter high pink Eiffel Tower for Lancôme at the historic Kings Cross St. Pancras Station, requiring engineering a structure capable of safely supporting 1,400 back-lit bottles of perfume weighing over half a tonne while working within the constraints of a Grade I listed Victorian building and developing innovative mounting systems that respected the historical architecture.

The technical sophistication extended far beyond structural engineering to encompass a complex lighting system with over 1,300 LED lights programmed to create an hourly light show that authentically replicated the famous illumination sequence of the actual Eiffel Tower in Paris, completed with a suspended back-lit ribbon incorporating Lancôme's signature brand imagery, creating a remarkable feat of engineering and artistry that stood in St. Pancras's main concourse for nearly two months and demonstrated AH Studios' capability to execute large-scale installations in prestigious and historically sensitive locations.
