The complexity extended beyond structural engineering to encompass authentic military helicopter detailing and weather-resistant construction suitable for outdoor filming conditions, with AH Studios fabricating the piece off-site for precise construction and quality control before transportation and installation, creating a convincing crash-damaged appearance while maintaining structural integrity required for safe stunt work, ultimately becoming a centrepiece of one of the franchise's most memorable action sequences and demonstrating our capability to create large-scale props that seamlessly blend practical filmmaking with high-octane action sequences.
